When someone ask you how are you doing? We immediately say that we are good, or we are fine. But what if you are not good or fine? What if you are having a bad day and you are not okay? There are moments when we are high on the mountain and everything is great, next moment we are down in the valley trying to stay above the waves. And that is okay because in this life we will have difficulties.
In closing remember Jesus does not change, He is always there with us no matter where we are. Another thing please do not beat yourself up when you are not okay, talk to someone and let them know you are not okay. There is help you do not have to suffer alone.
