Heavenly Father I pray that you cover our children. Protect their minds against messages competing for their attention. Guard their hearts, Lord from anger, depression anxiety and loneliness. Anything that would make them feel unworthy of love. No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. Watch over them Lord as they sleep keep your hedge of protection around them. Lord help them with their school studies. Let them retain everything that they have studied. Let them be a blessing to their school mates and teachers. Watch their coming and goings in the name of Jesus I pray. AMEN.
What a wonderful prayer. Thanks so much!
Amen !
Good morning Ruth. Thank you for the comment and may you have a bless day.
Thank you. Have a bless day in the Lord.
Amen and Amen!
That is a beautiful prayer! The world needs more Christian who learn not what to pray, i.e., “Now I lay me down to sleep…” but how to pray and spend time with God. What a powerful game-changer that would be in the lives of the upcoming generation of saints.
One thing I learned about prayer is that when I am faced with challenges I had to develop a much stronger prayer life.
Growing up we kids saw mom praying with power in the name of Jesus. She taught us that prayer is vital to our lives just like we must have air in order to live.
I am thankful that she taught us the purpose of prayer.
Thank you for your comment and may you have a blessed day I’m the Lord.
I sounds like your mom is a strong Chrstian woman who has passed that strength on to her children; just as it should be. Thank you for sharing that refreshing uplifing testimony, and you have a blessed day too.
Yes, we must cover our children. To much in this world is trying to get their attention. We have to put the devil on notice that He is not going to have our children.
Amen and Amen!
