Remember about two months ago I believe I wrote you all about how me and my husband was coming home from church and how our neighbor asked if we would take them to church with us, because we would ask them to come all the time but they kept on saying one day we will take you up on it.
One Sunday they finally went with us, from that time on the Lord blessed them with a used new car and every Sunday they visited other churches until they find one that is right for them. This morning on my way back from the store, my neighbor stopped me and said,”he was giving everything up,” I said what do you mean? He said I am going back to Jesus, he said the Lord has been speaking to him every day about the drinking, smoking and partying. He said that he wants to get baptized and serve the Lord, he said “Desi I’ve been in this world serving the devil for far to long, he said I was in church before but I backslide and I stayed out there doing things I should not be doing. He said he doesn’t want to do those things any longer, and that he want to live right. He said he told his girl friend this morning and then he wanted to tell me and my husband.
We stood in the yard thanking God, I told him that it won’t be long before your girl friend comes to Christ too. He asked me to go into the house and see her and I did, I hug her and said this is great news what your boy friend has shared with me. She was not mad or upset she was humble as if she has felt the Lord tugging at her heart as well.
This is what Christmas is all about SALVATION.. Hallelujah to the King of Kings, one more soul for the Kingdom of God, satan lost that fight…Our God is Amazing and His Wonders never End. He’s still touching souls.
