Mrs. Desiray Lewis is a Wife, Mother, Grandmother,Author of the book “The Devotion Cafe’, Inspirational Speaker, Teacher of the Bible, she has dedicated her life to helping others in showing them that there is a better way to live and how to walk this Christian journey. She hosts her own radio show which she has been during for the last seven years. She hosts a Prayer Teleconference called “Warriors of God “ W.O. G.”

The Marriage Blessing
People get married for lots of different reason these days, the real reason any one should ever get married is because of “LOVE” but now that you are married here come surprises and challenges that neither partner was probably aware of. Many couple wake up facing the reality of, “wow” I am married!  Reality sets in we are faced with frustrations and expectations things we never thought we would face. Decisions which you use to make by yourself are not an option anymore you both must consult one another. Is the honeymoon really over after you say I do?  The honeymoon is never over but because we are faced with challenges and everyday life it gets covered up by those things. Working with the Marriage as problems arise and how does one keep it alive.

Restore Your Heart, Forgive
WHEW! This one is a big one! Don’t worry we are going to get through this one. The reason this is so hard for us all is because it cuts right through us. When we have been hurt, disappointed it leaves wounds, some wounds don’t even recover because the damage is far to great. I don’t want to minimize no ones feelings or thoughts because forgiveness is not easy. But we must forgive for it sets you and I free.

Law vs. Grace
Many people believe that they are apart of a generational curse. What a LIE! The enemy would love for you and I to believe such a lie. Because if he can get us to believe that our problems and the sins of our parents are now our sins we won’t be able to move forward. How can a child of God still be under God’s curse? The cure, then for a generational curse is faith in Christ and a life consecrated to Him. Galatians 3:13 says Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us, for it is written, cursed is every one that hanged on a tree.

Salvation
When a person accepts Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and invite Him into their hearts many of them go back to their old way of living. The reason for it is because they aren’t being taught that they must change their lifestyle. In our own humanism we can’t do it by ourselves, we have to have the Spirit of the Holy Ghost to do this transformation for us. When the people aren’t told about living a different lifestyle they find that being a Christian has far to many rules and regulations that is why many will fall to the way side. It’s our job to not only show but to teach them by giving them life applications as it relates to them in their daily lives.
