James 1: 2-4 says “Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
Many things in life can and will hinder a persons walk with God. James tells us to count it all joy when we meet trails and testings. You might be saying to yourself how can or why would I want to count it joy when my life is in total chaos? It’s that type of thinking that we do that hinders our blessing.
Understand the trails and testing that you and I go through does not last for eternity, they are only here for a moment, but because of how it affects us it appears as though it’s been with us for a long time. It’s like a hungry person stopping at a burger place to get something to eat and because your waiting two (2) minutes in line it will seem like five (5) minutes, why because you are hungry and it is hindering you from eating.
When you and stand fast and hold on to what is true and praise God in our storms it will take your mind off of what you see and God will elevate you. Now those storms and challenges are now under your feet for you have rose above them.
Don’t let the affairs of today hinder you in any way.

Thanks for this, to stand fast and hold to my praise through my storms. I needed this today… Blessings … Bro Pat.
Bro. Pat I praise God that this is just what you needed and I know you will be alright. Because you see yourself as an over-comer just like Jesus said…through the Book Of James..amen
Amen sister; And thanks alot … again Blessings.. Bro Pat
And I think we forget those obtacles in our path are opportunities to overcome so that we can share life with others – to encourage, to come alongside and to edify. Thank you for a timely word (as always!)
Thank you for helping us keep those trials and obstacles in the right perspective! My daughter and I have something that we say all the time, joking, but also true . ..”it’s not the end of the world!”
God bless you as you overcome in Jesus today!
The Lords blessing be yours my Sister. I look forward to reading more of your blog soon
Paul
Paul I look forward to seeing you at the cafe and thanks so much for dropping in and commenting.
God bless you, Minister Desiray. Thank you for sharing this thought. Our trials come to make us strong, not to tear us down! Our trials draw us closer to Jesus, and they build us up in the most holy faith! Now, no trials seem joyous while we’re going through, but it is on the other side of “through,” that our blessings await us!
